ESTIMATED DELIVERY: If stock is available, shipping and delivery will be made within an estimated period of 2 to 4 days in Spain or 5 -10 to the rest of the world, providing the buyer with a tracking number for their shipment.

If stock is not available, a special order can be placed that will be delivered between approximately 12-15 business days, providing the buyer with a tracking number for their shipment.

Home Delivery: Provide your address to send it directly to your door. If you are not available, no problem. The courier will make a second attempt or leave a notice for you to pick it up at your local post office. You will always have your tracking number.
Pick-up Point: If you prefer to pick up your order yourself, just select the most convenient pick-up point and tell us the address and we will send it there.

Shipping of 1 item is free! If you choose more than one item, the additional costs for each item you add are as follows:

Balearic Islands: +6.00 €
Rest of Spain: +5.00 €
Rest of Europe: +5.00 €
This amount will be added to the total shipping cost at the time of checkout.

These shipping costs include VAT and all taxes applicable in Spain.

In the shipment we will include the receipt of your purchase, or if you prefer an invoice with the information you provide us.

RETURNS: 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE. INDICATING THE REASON BY EMAILING monelisesfeliz@gmail.com, IF IT IS DUE TO A FACTORY ERROR OR DEFECT, WE WILL ALSO REFUND THE SHIPPING COSTS OF THE RETURN. IF IT IS BECAUSE YOU FINALLY PREFER NOT TO KEEP THE PURCHASE, THE SIZE YOU ORDERED IS NOT CORRECT, YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND ETC. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING.
